Adjusting Head, Back and Feet Rest

Schätti offers you a range of four different hinges which bring movement in your slatted bed frames or upholstered beds. For more details about these hinges, please refer to our product data sheets. You can print these sheets (pdf-format) with your printer or else ask us to send them to you.

All hinges are tested in terms of duration and strength. The adjustable bed hinges delta 200 and delta 300 have been successfully tested by LGA.

Data sheet delta 200

If you are looking for a low noise adjustable bed hinge, delta 200 is the choice. Delta 200 has been designed to be used in short head sections and for inclination of foot sections.

There are three different models available: with 5 teeth for a shallow end position, with an interrupted row of teeth (3 blank 3) to reverse from the middle position, and 9 teeth. The upper part of the fitting can be powder coated upon your request.

The delta 200 bed hinge has been tested by LGA.

Delta 270 is a good value adjustable bed hinge with high lateral stability. It can be adjusted to 11 positions and is suitable for inclining long head sections as well as foot sections of a bed. The fitting is tested and certified by TÜV/LGA for application in slatted bedframes.

The hinge K84 is universal in its application and is available in many variations. The number of teeth or the length of the toothed rack can vary as well.
