Different welding options are used to assemble small and large subassemblies. The main procedures are spot and protection welding (resistance welding), WIG/MAG robotic welding and WIG/MAG circular welding. A total of six 5 to 6 axis welding robots are in operation.
Preparation for ISO 3834-2 certification of the different welding processes are ongoing.
The welding fixtures and gages are built in our own tool making shop.
