Laser cutting, stamping and forming combined
Maximum flexibility is achieved with our Trumatic 6000 laser and punching equipment using a 3200 W laser. Components of up to 8 mm thickness can be laser-cut, stamped, remoulded and fitted with threads.
Stamping from coils
Instead of stamping pieces from sheets or cutting them with laser as is usually the case, we are able, on our PIVATIC CNC-punching plant, to process coils of between 50 mm and 600 mm wide and between 1 mm and 4 mm thick. The width of the material is optimally adjusted to the geometry of the parts to be manufactured, inherently reducing waste and manufacturing times. This equipment is especially suited to the manufacture of parts with a rectangular shape, i.e. perforated profiles or casings for electrical appliances or ventilators.
CNC bending
Our largest CNC bending machine can bend 3m lengths with a load of 200 tons.
